Commitment

  • 2 years of individual development

  • Contribute to internal leadership through committee work and team initiatives

  • IFL Methodology learning (allows members to lead the Institute, earn special awards, and unlock higher levels of impact)

  • 9 months/year - January to December (Summer breaks from July to August)

  • Monthly fee of $119/month (2 dinners + 1 Leadership Lab) - IFL operates through a model in which the nonprofit funds 50% of the cost, while peers contribute the other 50% as a demonstration of skin in the game.

The Program

  • Experience: Open to mid-level professionals with 5+ years of experience and a strong interest in leadership, entrepreneurship, or public discourse

  • Location: Based in Toronto and able to attend weekly in-person dinners in Downtown Toronto

  • Values: You align with classical liberal principles — individual freedom, free markets, free speech, rule of law, and private property.

  • Background: Open to all cultural and professional backgrounds; industry-agnostic.
