Meet The IFL Toronto

IFL Toronto is a private, non-partisan, non-profit, member-led organization focusing on leadership development through networking, coaching, mastermind groups, and experiential learning.

For over 17 years, IFL has empowered hundreds of ambitious young professionals across the Americas to turn potential into real, lasting impact.

Now, through our new Toronto chapter, we're bringing that mission home, equipping emerging Canadian leaders with the clarity, confidence, and community to lead change.

IFL believes in the principles of Liberty: Freedom of Speech, Individual Agency, Rule of Law, Free Market, and Property Rights.

“When I moved to Canada eight years ago, I have longed to find a circle that offers not just theoretical debate, but the kind of rigorous, mature dialogue grounded in real experience. I engaged with the Fraser Institute, the Institute of Liberal Studies, and even got scholarships to attend seminars in the U.S. through the Ayn Rand Institute. Each was enriching, but I often felt I was among younger students rather than seasoned peers who’ve lived ideas in business, policy, and community.

So to see an initiative like this take root in Toronto fills me with so much joy. I believe there is enormous potential here, especially on building awareness of amazing ideas of Hayek, Friedman, Ayn Rand and Mises.
